Noor’s achievements include:
•Top 24 for Senior Contemporary Ballet with a self-choreographed piece at the Youth America Grand Prix in San Diego, March 2-5, 2023. • Top 6 for Classical Ballet Pas de Deux at the Youth America Grand Prix in Los Angeles, January 20-23, 2022. • Top 24 for Senior Classical Ballet at the Youth America Grand Prix in Los Angeles, January 20-23, 2022. • Most Inspiring Dancer award at Civic Dance Center in June 2022. • Pacific Northwest Ballet Summer Intensive Scholarship in 2021 and 2022. • School of American Ballet Summer Intensive Scholarship in 2021. • 2nd place in the Junior Contemporary category at the International Dance Talent Competition in Italy, May 13-16, 2021. • Top 12 in the Junior Contemporary Ballet category at the Youth America Grand Prix in San Diego, March 5-7, 2021. • Inductee of the National Honor Society of Dance Arts 2021. • Kern Dance Alliance Scholarship for academic excellence and leadership in July 2020.
Noor’s activities include:
• Founder of Women in STEM Education (W.I.S.E.), a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering young women aspiring to pursue careers in STEM through online seminars. • Research Associate at The Valley Fever Institute, Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, CA, actively involved in writing a collaborative National Institute of Health (NIH) Exploratory/Developmental Research Grant (R21). • Student Intern in the Computer Science Department at California State University, Bakersfield, CA, working on a research project focused on machine learning in human pulmonary disease diagnosis. • Junior Board Member at Kern Dance Alliance in Bakersfield, CA, launching passion project called "A Taste of Dance" celebrating local diversity. • Jim Burke Educational Foundation Ford Dream Builder Student Leader, Ford Dimension Class of 2024, Bakersfield, CA. • Principal Dancer with Bakersfield City Ballet. • One of the California representatives for the UNESCO International Dance Council (CID). • National Honor Society Junior Officer, Stockdale High School, Bakersfield, CA. • Secretary of the Stockdale High School French Club, Bakersfield, CA. • Member of Mu Alpha Theta: Math Honor Society and Math tutor for students at Stockdale High School, Bakersfield, CA.
Noors’s public service include:
• Children's Dance Education and Outreach event, 2018-2023, a Kern Dance Alliance event aimed to provide children with a comprehensive dance experience, including live dance performances, dance classes with choreography instruction, and the opportunity to showcase their skills on stage. • Dancing with the Angels, 2022, a collaborative program between Kern Dance Alliance and the Bakersfield Angels, dedicated to using the arts to connect and uplift the foster care community through movement, music, and visual art. • Adventist Health Bakersfield, 2021, assisting nurses in the newborn unit during the COVID-19 pandemic. • Books in Motion, from 2018-2021, a Kern Dance Alliance program for children in the early literacy stages (K-3rd grade), designed to stimulate their imagination and foster a love for reading. • ADAPTIdance program, from 2017-2021, a Kern Dance Alliance program in collaboration with the League of Dreams, a nonprofit adaptive sports league. This program is Kern County's only curriculum-based adaptive dance program, serving individuals with disabilities between the ages of 5 and 22.
I attend Stockade High School in Bakersfield, where I am heavily involved in the community. I hope to attend Stanford College in the fall with plans to pursue a career as a bioengineer.

I attend Marlborough School in LA, where I am a part of and Varsity Debate as the Marlborough Debate Captain. I will be attending Williams College in the fall with plans to pursue a career as a prosecutor.
