Tuesday's Workshops

Founded in 1958, Distinguished Young Women is a FREE program for high school juniors that encourages participants to reach their full individual potential. Our mission is to empower young women by providing them with scholarship opportunities, developing their self-confidence in a positive peer environment through our Be Your Best Self program, and by participating in our Life Skills Workshops that prepare them for success after high school. Each year $35,000 in college scholarships are awarded at the Distinguished Young Women of California Program!!  Millions in college-granted scholarships are available here at the state level,  billions nationally. Each year one representative from the California program will advance to the national program in Mobile, Alabama where they give away over $130,000 in cash tuition scholarships.
